How to create your free Will

Creating your free Will on EveryWill takes a few guided steps, and it's free. Here's how it works.

1. Set up access. Enter your email address. We'll send a verification code to confirm it's you, and you'll enter that to continue.
2. Tell us about you and your family. You'll add your details and the people in your life.
3. Choose your key people. Name your executor (the person who'll carry out your Will) and an alternate. You can also appoint a guardian if you have young children.
4. Decide who gets what. Set out how your estate is to be shared, and add any specific gifts.
5. Review and download. When everything looks right, you'll download your Will as a PDF to print.
6. Print, sign, and store it. Your Will isn't complete until it's printed, signed, and witnessed correctly — the instructions are included with your document.

Your progress is saved as you go, so if you need to pause at a step, you can sign in and pick up where you left off when you're ready.
