If someone has named you as their partner in their Will on EveryWill, you may have received an email letting you know, or they may have told you directly. Here are the most common questions.
What does this mean for me? Being named as a partner means the person making the Will identified you as their spouse or partner in their online form. This doesn't require any action from you.
Can I have a copy of the Will? We don't hold original signed Wills, nor digital copies of original Wills. If the Will-maker is alive, contact them directly. If they've passed away, handling the Will is generally the role of the executor.
My details are incorrect. Contact the Will-maker as soon as possible so they can update their Will.
