You will be asked to name a primary executor and an alternate executor when you reach the Guardians & Executors section.
If the person you want to select is listed, check the radio button beside their name to select them.
If the person you want is someone you haven't added to your form yet, choose "Add Someone New" and you will be prompted to enter their full name and email address.
Keep in mind that the form only shows available options. Within the Will-writing platform, only a person who is over 18 years old and is not already nominated in an executor role will be available for selection.
If you're unsure who to choose, you may wish to speak with an estate planning attorney in your state.
Once your Will is ready, please read the whole document carefully before following the signing instructions.
