Where is my verification code?

When you create your EveryWill account — and each time you sign in — we'll send a one-time code to your email address. This confirms the address belongs to you and helps keep your account secure.

Here's how it works:

1. Enter your email address and tap Continue.
2. We'll automatically send a 6-digit code to that email address.
3. On the next screen, enter the code. The screen shows the email address we sent it to, so you know where to look.
4. Once the code is accepted, you'll continue straight on.

When entering the code, remember it needs to be 6 numbers with no dashes or spaces. Each code is only valid for a short time, so if yours has expired or already been used, you'll see a message letting you know — we can send it again, using the "send it again" link on the verification screen.

If the code doesn't arrive, first check that your email address was entered correctly, then take a look in your spam or junk folder, as verification emails sometimes land there. The email comes from EveryWill with the subject line "Verify your email address," which can help you spot it. If needed, use the "send it again" link to request a fresh code.

If you'd prefer not to enter a code each time, you can set up a password in Account Settings once you're signed in.
