Once you've finished your online form and tapped Download, most devices save your PDF to your Downloads folder. Here's how to find it on Android.
The quickest ways
- Right after downloading, check your notifications — swipe down from the top of the screen. Most Android devices show a 'Download complete' notification you can tap to open the file directly.
- In Chrome, tap the three-dot menu and choose Downloads to see everything the browser has saved, then open your Will from there.
Or find it in your files
1. Open the Files app (called My Files on Samsung devices).
2. Use the search bar to search for 'EW' — or tap Browse or Categories, then go to your Downloads folder.
3. Look for a file whose name starts with 'EW-' and tap to open it.
Still can't find it?
- Check your Documents folder as well as Downloads — some devices sort PDFs there.
- Check that your browser has permission to access storage or files (in your device Settings, under Apps).
- Clear your browser's cache, then try downloading your Will again from EveryWill.
- Restart your device — this can clear a stuck download.
Printing your Will document
While viewing the file, tap the three-dot menu or the Share icon and choose Print. If you don't have a printer, you can use Share to email or message the file to yourself and print it from another device — or ask someone you trust to print it for you.
