Once you've finished the online form and tapped Download, most devices save your PDF to your Downloads folder. Here's how to find it on an iPhone or iPad.
The quickest way: search for it
1. From your home screen, swipe down and search for 'Files'.
2. Tap the Files app (the blue folder icon).
3. Tap the search bar at the top and type 'EW'.
4. Tap your Will to open it. The file name starts with 'EW-'.
Or look in your Downloads folder
1. In the Files app, tap Browse at the bottom right.
2. Tap Downloads. If you don't see it, look under iCloud Drive or On My iPhone — your Downloads folder may be in either place, depending on your settings.
3. Look for the file starting with 'EW-' and tap to open it.
Still can't find it?
- In Safari, tap the Downloads icon (an arrow pointing down into a circle, near the address bar) to see your recent downloads and open the file from there.
- If your Will opened in a Safari tab instead of downloading, tap the Share icon (a square with an arrow) and choose Save to Files — then you'll know exactly where it is.
- If you use a different browser, such as Chrome, check that app's own menu for a Downloads option.
Printing your Will document
Open the file, tap the Share icon, and choose Print. If you don't have a printer, you can use Share to email or message the file to yourself and print it from another device — or ask someone you trust to print it for you.
