Deleting a person removes them from your entire online form — not just from a single question or section. If you simply don't want to select someone at a particular step, there's no need to delete them; see how to select or remove a person at a step.
To delete a person:
1. Find the person's name — on most screens, there's a three-dot menu beside it.
2. Tap the three-dot menu and choose Delete.
3. A confirmation box will appear, checking that's what you want to do. It will also show you any parts of the form where the person is currently selected — if they hold a role or receive a gift anywhere, you'll need to address those selections.
Once you've confirmed, the person is removed from your form, and their name will no longer appear as an option at any step. If you change your mind later, you can add them again.
If you've already downloaded a Will document that includes this person, remember that changing your online form doesn't change that document — you'll need to download, print, and complete the updated document following the signing and witnessing instructions.
